Clear communication - Thomas provided frequent updates during the job including when costs increased slightly and over any small delays and changes to the work. . Excellent work completed - ramp from rear door was well constructed and perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy - the team left everything tidy every day and jet-washed at the end of the job. I will happily use them again in the future.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Whilst this was done well initially, myself & my neighbour commissioned more work, but unfortunately are not happy! Johnny has left wires dangling out of the front of the house, left drainpipes blocking access, hasn't cleaned the bricks after pointing. He has stopped answering call / nor returning messages, so I am forced to leave a poor review, something I don't like to do. The original work was given a 6 month guarantee, but we still have water ingression & now he's not responding. Very poor indeed!!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
