This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Ryan renovated my upstairs and did an amazing job. I’m really happy with the work, he was professional, organised throughout the job. His quote was in depth, and communicated extra costs which occurred (due to problems found with the house being built in 1880) straight away.
