On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do. Nick did a fantastic job at removing our chimney breast wall. He was very professional and thorough with the job. We paid the council to sign this job off too. The team Nick has his fab.
