At Diamond Construction Services Ltd we provide a free design and quotation service, this means that If we are invited to provide you a quotation our estimator would attend your premises at a time convenience to yourself where we then would talk through the work which you would like doing, discuss the most practical and affordable way in which we can complete the job and then provide you with a full detailed written quotation, stating the exact works in which we’ve agreed on and a broken down scope of works on how we propose to complete the project for you with estimated dates Also attached is a fixed price along with a proposed payment plan, we like to work on a pay as you see basis meaning we never ask for an invoice to be paid until you see the work completed, as an example once the footings have been excavated we would then send across our invoice for footings excavated. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. Mike contacted me very quickly after posting the advert, and came out the following day to quote. I have just bought a property and needed work doing immediately and even though mike had another job on, he found the time to start on mine. I'm very impressed with the job mike and his team have done, I now have 3 new ceilings and 2 plastered walls, plus some extra work he's done and it means I am now able to move in! I will be asking mike to return to do some other jobs for me, and I would highly recommend :)
