At Diamond Construction Services Ltd we provide a free design and quotation service, this means that If we are invited to provide you a quotation our estimator would attend your premises at a time convenience to yourself where we then would talk through the work which you would like doing, discuss the most practical and affordable way in which we can complete the job and then provide you with a full detailed written quotation, stating the exact works in which we’ve agreed on and a broken down scope of works on how we propose to complete the project for you with estimated dates Also attached is a fixed price along with a proposed payment plan, we like to work on a pay as you see basis meaning we never ask for an invoice to be paid until you see the work completed, as an example once the footings have been excavated we would then send across our invoice for footings excavated. From the start we were impressed with Dan and his team. Excellent communication, reliable, and keen to do a good job. What started out as a straight forward base, became more complicated with the discovery of unforeseen ground issues which delayed the project by a number of weeks. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. I would highly recommend this company, working on an old cottage threw up a few unexpected problems along the way, A solution was found quickly and seemed to leave Steve unfazed. Took time to find out exactly what we wanted, drew up and agreed the plans for the the local authority accordingly and provided detailed costings. Provided realistic timetable & started on agreed date.Were clean and tidy workers, aware we still had to live whilst they were working. Any issues were discussed as they occurred and resolved. Finished in timescale.Also helped reduce costs. Excellent work and workers, really pleased with the new extension and patio, on budget and all certification received.
