Cannot praise enough. only reason for giving 4 stars on reliability was the last minute change in appointment - it didnt inconvenience me at all - and he came next day. I will definitely be calling on them again for any future jobs. 1st class!!

£5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. Brian & Shaun did a excellent job in our bathroom, Very friendly professional & helpful from start to finish on the refurbishment of our bathroom. I am so happy they advised about repositioning toilet & moving basin it looks really great now. They done a brilliant job and paid attention to all details superbly. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

Tree was trimmed in line with our request, they also sealed the cut areas and trimmed additional dead/redundant branches at no extra cost. Left work site spotless, was very impressed with the professionalism.
