Tony (Fenton Building Services) and his team have just finished building a conservatory at the side of my house and I am absolutely delighted with it. Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

Came and quoted, then did lots of small jobs for me, between his bigger contracts. Recommended replacing some spotlights in some rooms for safer ones, which seemed sensible, but didn’t push the higher costs. Overall, nice guy, very efficient, obviously knows his stuff. Thanks.

Samuel was able to fix the gutter and secure it. I hope that has sorted it out for a long time but he didnt give me a guarantee! I should have asked for one. But he did assure me to call him if any problem arises. He knows what hes doing. He appears very professional and knowledgeable of his job. (His name is Samuel, not Barry, however. Maybe thats his partner! I will recommend him.

Andris's work ethic is incredible, he has passion in his work everyday, always thinking about solutions rather than moaning about problems like so many other tradesmen. He has great communication skills, friendly manor and superior quality of work at a competitive price. I don't think there's anything he can't do!

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Jeremy and his team did a great job with our internal refurbishment. They were always polite and courteous and tidied as they went. Jeremy would always discuss any issues and would be helpful with suggestions and advice if required. All of the team treated the house with respect and transformed it from a tired 80's look to a modern and bright place with a wow factor. M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

Coastway are just starting out and very deserving of selection. All work was completed to a very high standard and to a fair budget. They are good honest people and I shall hire them for my next job. Top quality work. Keystone done our en suite, drive way and our new kitchen diner with bi-fold doors and the place looks totally transformed. Great price and the work quality was top! The guys were very honest, easy to get along with and when ever we had any issues , suggestions or addition things doing they sorted straight away. Would highly recommend.

Im very happy with their service. After we agreed for the price, they came next day to fix the wall and also I'm very happy with the price.
