George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. We have been so impressed with Haywood Developments. We chose them to convert a brick built garage to a garden room. Martin was professional and efficient from the moment he came to quote for the job. The standard of workmanship is extremely high and we are delighted with the work. Haywood were not the cheapest quote we had but we knew they would carry out the work to the highest standards. We were not disappointed. Communication was excellent and Martins team are experts in their craft.

We do all kinds of home repairs except roofing and gas boilers: Wiring , electrical , plumbing , bonding , skimming , plasterboards , full bathroom build , kitchens , removing and building new walls , extensions. Replacement windows , new frames and doors. New ceilings and flooring. Partial or complete removal of chimneys. Artificial grass , new patio with flags. Painting and decoration.
Great job cleaned up after very well done unfortunately all the rubble was left outside for me age 73 to move but a job well done

Clear communication - Thomas provided frequent updates during the job including when costs increased slightly and over any small delays and changes to the work. . Excellent work completed - ramp from rear door was well constructed and perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy - the team left everything tidy every day and jet-washed at the end of the job. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. The builders, were both professional and friendly. They asked questions during the build, to make sure we were happy and started and finished on time. We were extremely happy with the build. Our retaining wall is exactly how we had imagined.
