ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Ion is very friendly and hard working. He does his job to the highest standard. He changed the little things I have asked, and the final touch was amazing! I had about 55 packed boxes to be removed from Neasden (NW10 0AW) to a storage facility in Romford. My flat was on the first floor. They were put on the van, brought into the facility and stacked in the there quickly and efficiently. I had to go with the van so that they could access the facility. I’m unlikely to use them for this purpose again but I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a similar job done.

Mark was very professional, and pleasant. I was particularly impressed that he made sure (unasked) to sweep up any mess after breaking down pieces of furniture he was removing. I would recommend him for any house clearing.
