Mid Kent Landscaping & Property Maintenance
Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

Ken was very accommodating and did an excellent job in clearing all the brambles and trying to return our garden to its former glory at our buy to let. He also fixed a soil pipe issue and removed furniture left over by an ex tenant. He turned all this around in a day and rescheduled work to accommodate us. I would highly recommend him. Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *
