Aaron booked the job in and clearly advised the price. On the day he arrived a few minutes early, carried out the work quickly and efficiently. No mess left behind. Price exactly as quoted. Neil identified and rectified a very unusual and difficult-to-find intermittent fault. Neil liaised with my tenant and kept in touch with me at all times, to let me know what was happening. Contacted us promptly. Both Simon and his Dad were friendly, helpful and did the work we required in a professional way . They cleaned up and left no mess even putting shoe protectors on! The price was very competitive. We were very impressed and we definitely recommend them and certainly use them again.
