Excellent work carried out by Luke. Highly recommend this tradesman who introduced himself by calling first and arrived as arranged. Very happy with the work carried out and a full explanation of what was required was given. Very pleased with the total cost of the work which was as agreed prior to the job being commenced. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
