Lewis and his team arrived onsite ready to start work immediately. I was impressed by their professional friendly approach and the level of skill, craftmanship and attention to detail from all of the team members during the rewire. Ian and Peter were on time, did the job with an excellent standard of finish, cleaned up after themselves and were very happy to answer my questions. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

Kenneth came to my property within a couple of hours of contract. He quickly found that it was faulty wiring and seemed concerned and made sure it was safe before leaving. He seemed genuinely concerned that it was safe. He returned and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and professional. I will certainly be asking him to come back and sort a few minor issues in the future.
