Tried to overcharge me by £120 over the quoted price and when I refused to pay the extra he got very aggressive threatening and abusive. Didn’t find the fault & waste of money.unprofessional and unskilled. Have text from him telling me I am an f’ing idiot.

Steve called immediately and arranged for someone to come and look at the job. I then had a no obligation quote. There was no pressure just honest information. I was kept informed and made aware of what could be done. They were both very polite and did not rush off for the next job. They asked if I was happy with everything before leaving. I would recommend this company and will have them back in the future for further work.

From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.

There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. Adrian was very pleasant to deal with and completed wiring up and signing off on my garden house very quickly and to good quality. He even fixed an earthing fault on my house after discovering it. Every step was explained in detail and there was good transparency. The price was good too. I would recommend AP electrical.
