Having used this company in the past I hoped our interactions during a request for a quote would be equally cordial. Unfortunately however after me disapproving of a rather high quote for which I attempted to get full clarification on what would be provided, I was met with irate anger and accusations. Arrived quickly and got to work straight away on the job. There were two issue (not heating radiator, leak). Fixed the leak quickly with very little disruption. Although was told the radiator heating was fixed it is not. To be fair I did only hire to fix the leaking pipe so am happy with the work carried out.
