Kenneth came to my property within a couple of hours of contract. He quickly found that it was faulty wiring and seemed concerned and made sure it was safe before leaving. He seemed genuinely concerned that it was safe. He returned and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and professional. I will certainly be asking him to come back and sort a few minor issues in the future.

We agreed the job would take half a day over the phone (I knew what I needed in broad terms but did not have correct networking experience to pad it out, buy a box, patch board, fit it etc). Aaron ordered the parts, and an additional switch I asked him to, and then came and did an excellent job moving things around and putting them in the box, connecting a server, routing the utp cables, in trunking, ... I got exactly what I needed with no fuss. Very pleased.
I am a fully qualified electrician, including 18th edition and inspecting and testing with over 22 years of experience. I am fully up to date with all health and safety including asbestos awareness trained. I undertake all aspects of work no matter how big or small. I enjoy what i do as i face different challenges on a day to day basis. I'm very friendly and professional and very confident in what i do and have a very high standard of work with great pride as standard. I believe my quotes are very fair and also very competitive. The business i run is solely based on family and friends which i believe this helps deliver the consistent high standards of work and again very competitive prices. A very good experience. We had a double socket replaced and another installed in a different part of the room which required going through a wall. Job completed quickly and was just what we wanted with the room left very tidy. We were given a maximum price for the work and it came in significantly lower. Overall excellent

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.
