Very professional and flexible to our time frame. We felt confident from the beginning that Tomlinson Services would meet our requirements. There was a slight problem during the installation but Tomlinson Services made an extra site visit on a weekend to resolve it at no extra charge. Brendon the electrician was friendly, easy to work with and saved us money by using his contacts to source a light fitting and fan. We would definatley recommend and use Tomlinson Services again!

I had 4 light fittings installed and one of those were moved. Also a electric plug socket moved. I'm was really impressed by the quality of workmanship and highly recommend Paul. I will be using his services again. Very reasonably priced, on time and cleaned up well.

Proact Property replaced my boiler and retiled my bathroom. The service was excellent and very professional. Everything was explained in detail and put onto a job sheet before I agreed to the work. The workmen who came to do the job were friendly, and very tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them to others.

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Thanks a lot for your help, guys!

Kevin contacted me within minutes of the job being advertised. Came out within an hour. Good estimate of costs. Polite, knowledgeable and professional. Job done without any fuss or mess. All tested working afterwards. I honestly could not fault him, he even fixed my noisy toilet cistern with a single touch! Also gave some advice on other projects we have planned. Builder from hell, too much problems to list, poor workmanship, walls and tiles not straight, flooring laid incorrectly, water pipes not connected correctly causing leaks, walked out halfway through the job and refused my calls, he left me with expensive remedial work to correct his mistakes.
