Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

Within minutes of posting my job Jonathan rang me to enquire if I still needed an electrician to update my smoke detectors & gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed & we arranged an evening appointment as this was my best time. He arrived the next evening as arranged on time & was polite & professional. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me.
