This is the first time I have used this site and must say I am extremely pleased with the result. Michael arrived as promised, tested my appliance and resolved my problem for less than the price of his petrol I would have thought. Joe did a great job responded quick and gave a estimate that was reasonably priced came on time worked extremely hard in very cold conditions to get job done very efficient and reliable

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

jamie was a nice friendly workman he got on with the job and charged a bit less than he quoted i,ll deffinatley use him again if we need an electrican and would reccomend him to any one who needs a good reliable tradesman.

Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done. Johnny arrived when he said. He advised me on electric radiators and gave a good competitive quote. The work was done without any problems and to a good standard. I really recommend his work. Keith
