Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Excellent job done well within time and at a great price. Had some minor issues after an year, Harpreet was quick to respond and the issues were fixed immediately.
Scott was very professional, prompt and courteous. Very clean and tidy work with attention to detail and minimum disruption. The job included complete new installation of centre light and switch with a new consumer unit to replace an aged wired fusebox. Despite there being an unknown electrical fault from many years ago Scott was able to deliver on time and to the agreed budget. He was also able to advise on recommended upgrades. My wife and I would have no hesitation in using him in the future.
