Philip was punctual, polite and a skilled tradesman. The kitchen fitting work was on time and on budget. The project ran smoothly and I'm really pleased with the result. I know Philip has taken some pictures and I can only hope they demonstrate his great work. I'd highly recommend him to users of this website and have already done so to my neighbours. Not the cheapest quotation we received but good value overall. We chose to go with D T Building because they approached the job in a very professional way despite it being a relatively small job. Very happy with the work that Daniel did for us, so far all of our leaking wall issues have been fixed. We will definitely contact D T Building for any future building needs and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Scott was very professional, prompt and courteous. Very clean and tidy work with attention to detail and minimum disruption. The job included complete new installation of centre light and switch with a new consumer unit to replace an aged wired fusebox. Despite there being an unknown electrical fault from many years ago Scott was able to deliver on time and to the agreed budget. He was also able to advise on recommended upgrades. My wife and I would have no hesitation in using him in the future.

What to say about Daniel. In short professional, outstanding and going above and beyond. It is not easy to find someone like him who is reliable, motivated and honest.
