Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. Keith was exactly what we needed to sort out our ageing kitchen work top, he replaced the worktop and did some "tweaks" to plumbing, tiling and it looks like a brand new kitchen. Highly recommended and we want him back at home to do more work asap.

Joe and Martin did an excellent job of taking off the existing varnish on our very worn external windows and doors, sanding back to bare wood and re-varnishing. No job was too much for them. They went to the trouble of getting the varnish we asked for and the brand of paint we wanted for the fascias and soffits. Joe was excellent at communicating what time they would be turning up. They were extremely polite, tidied up after themselves every day and left no mess. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I gave a garage conversion project into a full en-suite bedroom to Radu.
