Flooring - All aspects of glue-down and floating hard flooring including engineered wood, laminate, and L.V.T in both planked and herringbone designs; New skirtings or scotias cut and fitted if required. Tiling - Wall and floor tiling for kitchen splash-backs, bathrooms and shower rooms in ceramic, porcelain, travertine, and natural stone. I have been in the building buissness 31 years ,and city& guilds trained in bricklaying and plastering, covering all trades ,and have a good team of tradesmen who help when buisy. All my work is completed to high standards and on time . Site left clean . I like to be as helpful and fair as i possibly can , i have worked on all manner of jobs and feel confident to carry out , to a high standard any job i take on . The ceiling was painted but the staining re-appeared. The painter agreed to come back but failed to turn up on two occasions. I will make other arrangements to get the job finished, and I will not be using rated people again, as two bad experiences are enough, particularly as i have only tried twice!

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
