Brilliant company to deal with! Communication with Jamie was great. Everything happened when it was supposed to and Peter who came to the job was a friendly guy and very efficient and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced too. Definitely would recommend and will use again for electrical needs in the future, thanks!

If I'll ever need a fridge engineer, Keith will definitely be my man again. I could not recommend him with more pleasure. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. And, last but not least, all done with a smile! In a few words: A real professional!

Couldn’t recommend enough. Firstly turned up on time and responded to messages which I’ve not had from others. Workmanship was first class and job completed to high standard. Would definitely use again if needing laminate flooring laid.

I had turf removed and stones and small paving area laid in my front garden. Very happy with the team - they were efficient and cleared up after themselves. Deliveries for the job were scheduled to perfection. Overall very happy and would recommend.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Robert attended quickly and assessed the problem professionally and thoroughly. He was able to carry out the work promptly and did a great job. Would highly recommend. Knows his stuff about older properties as well!
