We have a Regency-period mansion with stucco walls, and Alex painted this over four weeks. We are very pleased with the standard of his work - he uses only the best quality materials, and it’s fair to describe him as a perfectionist, doing thorough preparation and filling, and putting on as many coats as needed to get the end result as good as possible. He uses spray paint and can use a cherry picker, so works out less expensive than others . He is reliable, honest, and a good communicator.

Gabor was great at understanding my project, offering advice and suggestions to help finalise what I wanted to do. He and his colleague were excellent when installing my new flooring and we are really pleased with the quality of work. Would consider Gabor again for my next project! Thank you

Eddie and his employee came as expected. They were both friendly and professional painting the exterior of my bungalow. They went over backwards to make sure which bits I wanted whatever colour. I am more than delighted with the results and would recommend them to anyone. Also the price was good.

I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. John did a very good job lining the walls in two rooms, hall and landing. Also in making good some nasty cracks in walls and ceilings, and some external painting. He charged a very fair price, and I have asked him to come back to do some further external woodwork redecoration. Thanks John.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.
