Quoted me two hundred pounds as his day rate because we initially thought the job would take a day to complete. But the job was completed in two hours, and he still charged me two hundred pounds. The work he did wasn't particularly thorough; after he left, the skirting board needed another coat of paint, and I did it myself.

Brilliant.Stripped wallpaper,made good walls,replaced skirting, removed laminate flooring in though room and in hallway. Sanded floor boards,stained and varnished. Painted skirtings. Painted ceilings and walls to an excellent standard. Put all furniture back having initially moved it. Worked long days and finished the job early.Came in on quote as agreed. Very professional firm. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.
