as mentioned in my previous comment but not elaborated on ,the ' problem ' was blistering of the plaster that was already evident before the decorating started.
Punctual (earlier than stated time in fact), mindful about vein tidy and clean, great job and great value! Responded within an hour of posting the ad with a reasonable quote. Got the job done within hours of posting. 5 star service.
