Robert called me within a few hours of my advert going out and came out to see what I needed done the same day, he was friendly and knowledgeable and knew what I wanted right away-which was to make my garden doggie secure. Very poor service. Apparently fixed the cord and charged me full price and after a couple of weeks it was broken again. When asked to come back and check he wasn’t helpful and never came back. Had to call someone else who then showed me that it wasn’t fixed properly as all the wires were coming out of the cover which was dangerous. I will never recommend his service.

Michael turned up promptly to give me a quote which was reasonable, included the paint and no unexpected extra costs. He managed to fit in my work within days and it was carried out to a high standard. The hall was painted in a colour matched to a Farrow and Ball shade and looks excellent and they carried out sterling work on my damaged front door which has been restored to its former state. I wouldn't hesitate in using Darling Decor in future.
