He was also very flexible to my requests and went beyond what I had requested by painting an area of stairway which looked marked - at no additional cost. He also included the ceilings in the price. Great job finished on time and on budget. We cleaned up each evening in preparation for the next day but by the end of the week Yad was cleaning himself to prepare for the next day.
