Viktor recently came to my house to install a kitchen cupboard. Good communication. Swift response to the job and pleased with outcome hence 5 star. Purely as an observation please note what the job requires prior to quoting as it clearly created some confusion when your team turned up culminating in a price increase ? I appreciated the flexibility of " bank transfer" and the " trust" element. Not transferring within a few hours as I was out, did not constitute that I would forget..

Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

I had an issue with three fence panels and a few posts that were weak . I had a quote after I had put up the job with photos but there was actually more damage due to the winds . A tree had to be sorted out too . All this was done in a professional manner . Rich explained everything before doing the job including the price . A tree that was leaning over had to be sorted . Jimmy was very polite . Two panels were replaced and a few posts strengthened . Job well done ! Thanks.

This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

Excellent job! Neil turned up on time or early every day, worked quickly and went the extra mile to extend the job until it was finished, which meant days extra due to a wallpaper supply problem at our end. He was friendly and very accommodating with our requirements. Will hire again.

Myself and my wife were very impressed with our initial meeting with Mike and this carried on throughout the job. He and his team are very professional, his quote was very clear and conscise. Even before the work started he was there to help advise us on our colour choices. All the painting and wallpapering has been done to an excellent standard and we are very impressed with the end result. Consistent work from Radu, turned up during the snow and clearly wanted to do a good job. Very precise in his work and a nice finish to the worktops and upstand. Polite and professional, cleaned up well after.
