We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.
