Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.
