Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Sheldon called within minutes to assess the job and gave me instant comfort and confidence that he knew exactly what the problem was and that it could be fixed. I’d had two previous plumbers round who couldn’t fix the problem. He arrived on the same day, was super friendly, knowledgeable and highly experienced. The problem was sorted within the hour and everything was cleared up and left immaculate. Cannot rate Sheldon highly enough. A genuinely lovely guy and a total professional.

Did not use rated people in the end as this contractor was the only one to get back to me out of the three given and to give me a quote. He was quick and helpful and looked at the painting job via What's app video. I prefer to see a tradesperson in real life first so went to checkatrade but I would recommend this company if you want quick and clear quotes without further hassle
