We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.

Have not decided whether to go ahead with our building works yet, but had to rate Craig's professionalism and help in advising on our damp walls and providing a quote that meets our needs should we decide to proceed at a later date.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough! Having been let down a few times it so refreshing to have a company that want to work. All my message’s were returned promptly and turned up when arranged . There work was spot on and they were lovely to have around , really helpful and respectful in the house . Amazing job, very impressed! Both doors and shelves have been hung perfectly, locks fit even better than they did before. Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. Definitely reccomend and won't hestitate before using again :)

Paul did an excellent job, was punctual, polite and conscientious tradesman. I changed my mind on how I wanted the stairs painted and Paul accommodated the additional Works at a reasonable cost. I shall be asking him in the near future for a quote for Works in other rooms.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Kyle and crew did a great job with our chimney and roof repairs. Has made a huge difference. Quick on site following initial contact. Good level of communication despite colossal weather disruption prolonging finish. Would definitely use again. Thanks Kyle.
