They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.
Hiya my name Andy Gibson been doing painting and Decorating over 25 years . Time serve , Been doing a lot private work including new build , Old build , Commerial work i.e. housing assocaition , Empty voids , flats and houses , Outside works , we have all high ladders for those high bits . There are 2 of us who been working together for over 5 years now . And i just completed NVQ level 2 to keep up with the current todays in the painting and decorating health and safety laws .

The balcony repair lasted just under 3 months before it started cracking & crumbling again. Adam said he would come back & fix it. He stated that the building was moving (!) & could only be patched. A surveyor said there were no signs of subsidence. The paint repair job lasted one month...now cracked & crumbling again with insurers saying cheap materials were used...
