Petru and his crew were great, he kept me informed of what he was doing and when. The place looks great. He was well in budget and went the extra mile for me. He was consistently friendly and polite. He kept an eye on the project the whole time and was always prompt to reply to any queries I had.

Houghton Construction is a company I would use again. We Had a very good working relationship with Aaron and all the trades people he used. I learned a lot about various aspects of the building trade through Aaron and his people being around them (and sometimes in their way) for a few weeks . Thanks Aaron and all the trades people.

Both my wife and I were more than impressed with Roy and the guys from Five Star Decorations. I honestly thought that we were going to be charged more once the work had began due to the nature of our internal walls. But Roy said initial quote stood and there would be no additional cost. The initial quote we were sent was a clear and concise breakdown of the job in hand and really understood our requirements, there were no hidden costs. They made sure our house was habitable after everyday and kept disruption down to a minimum, especially as we have a small baby, which Roy was very mindful about. The end result far exceeded our expectationss and I would not have any problem employing Five Star Decorations again.

The company provided a very competitive quote and commenced work promptly on the day agreed. When issues arose they were brought to our attention without delay and there were no hidden charges. We would certainly use the company again.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. David and Tom Harker completely redecorated the hall in our 4 storey Victorian House. This included stripping/repapering under the dado rail throughout the hall. I was impressed how much care and effort they put into the preparation phase of the work. The painting/papering was then completed with minimal fuss and to a high standard. They were also very considerate, always leaving the work areas clean and tidy and not invading out personal space. I would recommend them without hesitation.
