1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

Did not get this company to do my job..could not in honesty let someone come to my house to do a job who didn't want to look at, or measure anything but knew it would cost £800 To do it...absolutely ridiculous, but not the only company on this site who try it on.

Andy and Dave never finished the job. Shower screen installed incorrectly and never reinstalled despite countless emails & phone calls. No soft close on toilet as requested. Extractor fan faulty and never replaced. Lots of promises but still waiting for a resolution 8 months on. Water leaking from incorrectly installed shower screen has now damaged the bath panel.

Keith is a friendly guys who came on time and completed the work as promised. Not very good with cleaning after all work was completed. Would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness. Overall job well done with 12 months guarantee, Just hope don't have to use his 12 month guarantee :).

Michael and his partner did a great Job with the plastering.took his time to blend in the repaired area with rest of the ceiling and prep for painting.since painting the repaired area it looks very good.Michael tided up after the Job and took all old material away.would use his company again.
