John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! The enthusiasm and professionalism is outstanding as well as the quality of work and his excellent communication. I can’t rate John and the team highly enough! I contacted MaZi construction after we were let down last minute by another painter. Michael called me shortly after I posted the job, came round to quote 2 days later and started work the next week. From the outset the team were a pleasure to deal with and were reliable, tidy and polite. Their work is of a high standard and we really felt that they went above and beyond to complete the job quickly. We are delighted with the results and would not hesitate to recommend MaZi construction.

We learned the hard way with our kitchen that we wanted a smaller company to do the bathroom so that we could speak directly to the people doing the work. Our choice was vindicated with Reuben and Chris - nothing was too much trouble and their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. Hard-working, good humoured and low-maintenance, they were a pleasure to have in the house. The finished bathroom surpasses our expectations, we are delighted with it and readily recommend Southside Renovations.

Jimmy and his assistant were asked to fix and plaster a kitchen ceiling, grout some shower tiles and render a porch. They were keen, professional and polite throughout. They arrived half an hour before the job, got on with the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption and cleaned up the mess before leaving. What was also helpful was that they explained what they were doing as they were going along. I would happily use [COMPANY_NAME] again.

Very keen to impress however could not assist with plumbing side of things and had to get friend to assist which delayed tiling. Ensure you know exact tiles you purchase and get leftovers as overpriced and took away edging tiles, if i hadnt challenged. Floor tiles uneven and grout continually comes out. Wall tiles good. Nice tradesman but because of some hiccups would not recommend to a friend. Cannot fault his hard work and enthusiams to please though.

I was extremely impressed with Pauls work. He is a friendly and professional man and takes pride in ensuring his work is as close to perfect as possible. I would highly recommend Paul and will for sure call upon him if we need any other decorating/plastering done.

Rick and team did an exceptional job transforming our house into a really great liveable space. The team of 4 worked at an exceptional pace to complete the work which all other quotes suggested 4 weeks in a record 2 weeks. The finish on their work is superb and Rick has an amazing can do attitude. They use very high quality materials and paints which is reflected in the finish. They will be back to the property for external painting work shortly. I would recommend the team highly.

Jack kept me informed at every stage, he and his team were professional, friendly, reasonably priced, worked hard, cleaned up and removed all rubbish and took a pride in their work. I was more than pleased with all the jobs they did for me and will be looking to book them for any work I need doing in the future. A very big thank you to them.

Really excellent quality of work on redecorating a bedroom. Turned up exactly on time, were very professional and left the apartment immaculate. Extremely good value as well, will definitely use them again.
