We had a first floor extension completed in 8 weeks as quoted, the workmanship was excellent, Carl was prompt and very easy to get on with, he left the site clean and tidy every day, kept us up to date with every aspect of the process, can highly recommend CMR Constuction

We cannot thank Richard enough for the great job he did building our conservatory, we love it! He completed it in the time he said and it has been finished to a high standard. Just had a hallway and a room skimmed, price was in line with other quotes. Upon starting work I found Ian polite and easy to communicate with, he is a very tidy worker and the quality of work is very good. I am very pleased with the result. I left Ian a key to the house as I had to go to work which he posted through the letter box every night, proving his honesty aso there were nonly issues. I will definitely be asking him to complete any further plastering I need in the future.

Wayne was amazing, he constructed our summer house and went above and beyond adding little touches to make it even nicer. He worked through each day even when it rained. I couldn't recommend him highly enough .

John came out on an agreed date to understand my requirements. Got back to me the next day with a £quote. Was able to fit me in and start work the following week. Did exactly as we agreed & tidied up afterwards, working tirelessly with his team in the summer sun. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and repectful tradesperson. Job was demolition and removal of brick walls and shed debris. Two 8 tonne skips worth of brick and wood. Very happy with him, his team and his work.

I was very impressed with Anthony and this company. He identified the problem immediately and quickly took steps to arrange a builder to fix it. I was pleased to be given a clear final price and really appreciated being kept up to date every step of the way. The work was carried out efficiently and all mess was cleared away. I would happily recommend Anthony's company to anyone needing rendering done. I also recommend using Rated People to find the correct, professional tradespeople for the job.
