Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Mike contacted me very quickly after posting the advert, and came out the following day to quote. I have just bought a property and needed work doing immediately and even though mike had another job on, he found the time to start on mine. I'm very impressed with the job mike and his team have done, I now have 3 new ceilings and 2 plastered walls, plus some extra work he's done and it means I am now able to move in! I will be asking mike to return to do some other jobs for me, and I would highly recommend :)

Absolute attention to detail, coving on an old flat with uneven walls and ceilings, looks fantastic and hasn't been painted yet. Properly hard grafter. I would recommend him without question. I am excited to see the skirting boards and the painting complete, I have no doubt it will be quality.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shaun. He has a brilliant work ethic and the results are excellent. He's also a very clean and tidy worker. I was so pleased with the work he did preparing my kitchen for a refit, that I got him to replaster the hall, stairs and landing (having also reboarded the hall ceiling) - another excellent job. He's already lined up for other projects too.
