The red flags were that he would ignore my texts asking for more exact info, I got a random call, and one other unannounced visit to agree the work would be done ‘at the end of next week’. Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.
