A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.

He was able to over me several options on the work I required, and also provided a quality of work that I could not find fault with. Do not touch this company he is not reliable Chris Morris or his partner Peter lutterer ! They started my work on a stable conversion and have not done anything right from the start they employ unreliable tradesman and also are not qualified tradesman ! They have contracted the work out to a reputable company as they both have no experience in this sizeable contract ! Please look into his background b4 agreeing any works with either of them ! Very bad experience from start to them not finishing the job !

We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.

Very pleased with moss removal from the roof and gutter cleaning. Very thorough, and cleaned as well as could be expected. (My garden an obstacle course!)

A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.

BEWARE ROGUE TRADER. Garage roof collapsed on first rainfall. Materials used inadequate. Workmanship substandard. Ethics non-existent. Pricing exorbitant. No attempt to rectify. Michael Duffy aka Michael John. Beware.
