Josh and his team did a fantastic job on my garage conversion with great attention to detail and communication. I was kept informed at all times on progress and he took to time to answer any questions I had throughly and accurately. I would highly recommend Josh and would happily use him for future projects.

Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

Paul was brilliant... Very professional and has done a fantastic job. He was very thorough and reliable, i felt very comfortable leaving him in my home while I was at work. First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. I would recommend Mike Carpenter without reservation and will be putting further work his way in the future

Matt Belchamber did an absolutely brilliant job on our cliff top garden under the most arduous weather conditions in the Spring of 2014. In association with the garden designer he recommended to us (Bo Cook of Alitura) he transformed the garden from a modest patch of lawn and borders into a work of art. He started on time (when the winds were blowing at hurricane force) and completed the work on time, keeping us fully informed all the way. We cannot recommend Matt too highly.

Chris recently painted our hallway. He was friendly, punctual, helpful and tidy. He did extra bits not included in the original quote and the quality of work was excellent. Would recommend him to anyone.

Ian and Peter were on time, did the job with an excellent standard of finish, cleaned up after themselves and were very happy to answer my questions. Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.

Ben built us a shower room and plastered most of our downstairs to cover artex walls and ceiling. Excellent service from start to finish, Ben kept us in the loop at all times, giving us really good and creative advice. Delighted with end products.Would strongly recommend him and use again.
