Far and way the best experience I've had a with a tradesman. Exceptionally professional, communicative, transparent, highly organised and responsive. And I haven't even touched on the end result which looks like a very fine job all around. Also, Sydney stand behind his work with a warranty period. I'd will think of Sydney first for the next job I need doing. Excellent.

Roofline replied to us straight away. William came around that day. The job was much worse than we thought. William took videos of the roof to show us and explain what was going on up there and what was needed to put it right. He showed up when he said he would (weather permitting of course) he and his team worked their socks off to get the roof fixed for us. They were all very hard working and polite.and we felt comfortable having them around. They did a fantastic job we couldn’t recommend them any higher

I chose SJS as Scott was very professional in his approach and was really thorough in making sure the job was done well, without mess, to time and budget. I have used other plasterers before but wouldn't recommend them but with Scott I would definitely use him again for future work and recommend him to friends and family.

Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.

Very professional outfit.Every member of the team took pride in what they did and did the work to the highest standard. Always turned up on time- I was always informed the day before any change. There were hitches - delay in delivery of bricks from the continent- but I was very well kept informed. There was a problem with one item that hadn’t been added to the castings and Scott offered to share the additional cost 50/50- that was very fair. Quality outfit,would use again.

I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. Ylber did an outstanding job on our new lovely wooden gazebo with a roof. We were impressed with how professional and efficient he was, knowing exactly what needed to be done. I contacted Paul at th last minute and he stepped up to the challenge. Prompt & reliable, Paul & Marious completed the job quickly, to a very high standard and did additional work not included in the quote.
