A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Three guys (in late twenties/ mid thirties) came along and sorted out the broken slate plus the chimney flashing and flaunched it (new one on me it is putting mortar around the chimney pots and top of chimney but I looked it up and that is the correct term) as age had caused mortar degradation around chimney as well. Result leak fixed no more problems now after recent rain showed photos before and after doing the job. Very pleasant guys if I have any more slate roof problems I know Michael is go to

I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response. we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly
