Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.

Richard is very polite and friendly. We had quite an overgrown back garden which was quite a big job. He came with his colleague and did the job completely thoroughly in a day, I mean they did every inch of the garden, very professional. It must have been really hard work and was a reasonable price for the work that was required. Everything was also cleared and taken away. We couldn't have asked for more. We are a family run buisness speacilised in roofing and property needs
Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

Not the cheapest quotation we received but good value overall. We chose to go with D T Building because they approached the job in a very professional way despite it being a relatively small job. Very happy with the work that Daniel did for us, so far all of our leaking wall issues have been fixed.
