I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. DNC Carpentry and fit out was establish in 2014 by Dumitru Creanga who has over 20 years experience of site carpentry. We offer supply and fit services for kitchens and fitted wardrobes to maximize every millimeter of your space in high ceilings rooms, tailor-made wardrobes to fit exact contours of your space and sloping ceilings, understairs cupboards where storage space is just waiting to be created, landing and hallways creating storage where you didn't think you could have it. The company has over 20 experienced carpenters who have to demonstrate to meet DNC Carpentry and fit out high standards before being allowed to join the company. All of our carpenters hold CSCS cards as a minimum and undergo a continual programme of training. We're very proud of our products with an obsessive attention to joinery. When you buy a product, it's designed specifically for you. Nobody else. Your family, your lifestyle and to your rules. And rightly so; it's a big investment, a dream, in most cases. And one that we want to get IT right. Not only are our customers looked after by an experienced Designer, they're also cared for throughout the installation process by one of our Project Managers. I approached Emanuel and his team for tiling of a bathroom wall. They were incredibly professional during the assessment and were very helpful in working around my limited budget. They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. Most importantly, Emanuel and his team were very transparent with their labour and material costs with receipts for breakdown. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

We have not gone ahead with his quote but Piotr was excellent at contacting me and keeping in touch with regard to the appointments made for him to come and view the work. He was very friendly and professional and listened to what we wanted/needed and came back with a quote within a couple of days. I would have liked the quote to be a bit more detailed and ‘professional’ looking – but this was not the reason we decided not to work with him. I wish him luck with other jobs.
Although it turned out that there was no leak only the condensation caused the problem, I got a professional advice and for free! Will definitely call them back!
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
