I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. This is the first time using rated people for getting work done. I'm always a bit skeptical. Ovi was very responsive, he was open and transparent. My bathroom floor under the bath was rotten and had a hole. He did an excellent job, cutting put the debris, checking the joist. He was transparent with the materials and pricing of the job. He came on time, got on with the work confidently and cleaned up and took the rubbish with him. He was respectful and considerate. I would definitely recommend him.
