I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

I have over 15 years of experience as a professional driver and handyman, I am more than happy to help people who need a serious and responsible person to replace or repair things in the house. From flat pack furniture, hanging stuff on the walls(pictures ,courtains...etc), laminate flooring, to small issues in kitchen and bathroom( leaking taps...etc), plaster board and painting. Justin did a great job of fitting our soundproofing. Unlike a lot of builders, he took the time to listen to our requirements and go over everything before starting - wish everyone did that!
