I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Custom Carpentry & Construction is a family business based in Stirlingshire. We have over 20 years experience in the construction industry. We are highly qualified and have experience working for a wide range of clients, both business and private customers. Our previous work ranges from small domestic jobs, including fitting kitchens and bathrooms, finishings, bespoke wardrobes, laminate flooring, staircases etc. Mid-sized jobs such as extensions, garden rooms, shop fitting and renovations. And also complete new build properties and developments from start to finish. Therefore we have expertise in all areas of joinery and construction. More recently we have focused mainly on bespoke storage solutions such as built in wardrobes, media units, bookcases, under stair storage etc, fitted kitchens and flooring but we are happy to discuss any other projects. We pride ourselves on customer service and good communication alongside our high quality workmanship and reliability.
Luke did an amazing job and we are so happy with the end result. From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. I have over 14 years of experience in the building trade(started young). I am able to do all aspects of building work except plumbing and electrics and take great joy in all i do. Being a builder I have realised their is always solutions to any problem.
Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

Al turned up exactly as planned and worked very hard at the job. He went to a lot of trouble to match up flooring and skirting - very neat work. He also tidied up after work, so there was minimal finishing for me to do. The electrician he worked with was similarly excellent. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to others or using him again. Well done!
